Sati Rose Blossom is one of America's brightest Yoga Instructors. Formerly known as Jolene Garey from Northeastern PA, Sati has been alive with esoteric and mystical curiosity since her early life. First schooled in Yoga as a child by her mother who was a mystic, Sati was on the path in early adolescence. Her journey led her to many incredible mystical experiences and teaching was the next level. She became initiated and certified into the Hatha Yoga tradition of teaching by David Newman and Inner Fire Yoga in 2001 and began teaching Hatha Yoga right away.

Following Sati's schooling and teaching in Hatha Yoga, she then went on to become initiated into the Kundalini Yoga tradition (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) and taught by Sada Sat Singh and Kaur in 2003. She is a 3HO certified Kundalini Instructor. She is a member of The International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA 225).

Sati is also a Yoga Alliance certified and insured instructor (RYT 500). Sati has lived and worked at The Himalayan Institute one of the most respected Yoga associations here in the United States and abroad. Sati received her spirit name ‘Sati’ meaning ‘selfless devotion’ from her beloved Sad Guru Ammachi (www.amma.org) while living in in Amma's ashram in India. She received the name ‘Yogeshwari’ after being initiated into the Bhakti tradition of Yoga by Bhagavan Das in 2004.

Illuminating sustainability and activism in action, in 2007 Sati formed her first business GreenLife Yoga LLC. She was awarded honors for her innovative business plan by the Women's Small Business Plan Competition and was recognized by the Young Entrepreneurs Association. She was recognized in media, print, and radio for the operations of GreenLife Yoga which plans to reopen in the future studio space, with a stronger business model and better more reliable investors in 2010.

Sati has completed training in energy work (Reiki I & II). She has assisted and observed several world renowned body workers and chiropractors. She is certified to provide Vedic Thai Body Work as taught by The Vedic Conservatory. Sati is schooled in Rebirthing Breathwork and completed the 9 Month certification training 4 times as taught through the Kriya Yoga lineage of Shri Haidakhan Babaji Kriya Yoga and taught by Sondra Ray, Tony Lomastro, and Maureen Malone.

Sati has been schooled under several specialty chefs and leans toward a Live Food, Vegan, Macrobiotic diet.

Sati is also schooled in Cognitive based Psychology through Saint Joseph's University, she plans to complete her MSW in the next several years.

During her training in mysticism Sati has acted as a Marketing and Sales executive within large corporations such as At&T Wireless, Nextel, and Verizon. She worked from a inside store representative to an Enterprise Account Manager for F500 companies holding a sales quota of over half of a million dollars and then went on to become a Junior Mortgage Underwriter at one the most respected financial firms in the world, before leaving the corporate rat race to pursue her dream of walking the Earth as a Pilgrim and an example of God Consciousness in action.
